Meet Antwon
With over 20 years of comprehensive experience in both military and civilian sectors, I bring a wealth of expertise to fitness training. I hold a BS in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina, and my specialization includes High-Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT)/High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), sport-specific training, and CrossFit Level 1 certification.
My background as a 3-Sport Scholar Athlete in high school, alongside my induction into the D.W. Daniel High School Sports Hall of Fame in 2021, underscores my deep commitment to athletic excellence. I have also coached football and track at Richmond Senior High School, enriching young athletes' lives and skills in 2002.
In addition to my coaching and athletic experience, I am skilled in fat loss strategies and blood type nutrition planning. I retired from the U.S. Army in 2022, bringing a disciplined, results-oriented approach to training that combines my military background with my academic and athletic achievements.
